Pepa Streichl is one of the few representatives of authentic blues in the Czech Republic, including his hard life. He has exchanged many proffesions but first of all, he has always been a songwriter. He plays guitar and mouth harmonica. He sings special songs full of black humor and situations well known from his own life or observed from life stories of his friends. He is an Ostrava patriot and many features of the city are included in his songs.
