Artists / TUMBAO (POLAND)
Poland is known for its vibrant reggae bands and Tumbao are one of the brightest hopes. The band was founded 4 years ago by bass player Zwierzak, an ex-member of Poland's top reggae outfit Stage Of Unity. Initially Tumbao played mostly for their own pleasure in the clubs of Wroclaw. In 2000 the setup stabilizes and next year they play important Polish festivals and record first album "Rise My Soul". On tours in Poland Tumbao supported some well known international acts like Chumbawamba, Dub O NeT, Dub Syndicate. This is their third visit to Ostrava.
